In Oklahoma liquor licenses are overseen by the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission (ABLE).  Applications can be submitted in three ways: by mail,  online and in person.

Basic requirements to obtain a liquor license in Oklahoma:

By Mail

  1. Complete the application form (link opens in new window).
  2. Pay the appropriate fee (depends upon the type of need – see the form) and
  3. Mail the application to the Main Office in the Oklahoma City District

Online

  1. Create an account with ABLE at https://www.ok.gov/able/license/app/index.php (opens in new window)
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions

In Person

  1. Visit the closest ABLE District Office and fill out an application
